TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S)

  1. Payment method: Paypal and Bank transfer (México only)

  2. Payment must be before I START the sketches.

  3. I'm going to require a $10 USD deposit to take a space in my waitlist. Non refundable.

  4. Limit of changes: 3 with sketches and 3 with colors

  5. I dont give deadlines for the project. Everything depends of all the work that I have in the moment.

  6. The backgrounds in the avatar are NOT custom. The price is only about the character.

  7. You are not allowed to edit the artwork or claim it as your own.

  8. The project will be finished once the digital file is sent to the buyer.

  9. I will not refund the payment once the project is started or finished.

  10. When your turn comes, I can accept 100% of the payment at the beginning or 50% to start with your project, when the sketch is approved and ready to start with the colour you must pay the other 50%

  11. Once the payment is done means you agree with the terms and services mentioned. These terms are subject to change without notice when a new situation arises or clarifications need to be made.

F.A.Q

How much do you charge for your emotes and what is your method payment?The price of the emotes, chibis and more stuff you can find it in my webpage with some examples
The payment method is via Paypal international and bank transfer for México Only.

How much is the waiting?The waiting time depends on how many work I have. Usually the waiting times are long (months).
For that reason I have a waiting list where my clients can track their names and see how much time is left to start the order
I also have a rush/priority service with 50% extra fee.

How can I join to the waiting list?I'm who add the clients to my list when I have my commissions open, you only need to send me a message!.
Once my waiting list is full (10 clients limit) I will close commissions again so I can focus working with them.

How is the process of your work?Once you are in my waiting list I will need all the details of your commission, if you have references pictures is better for me!
When is your turn I going to ask for the payment, and then I start with the sketches. If the sketches are approved then I add colors, and if they are approved then I send you the files ♥

What info do you need for my order?I will need a description of the character, pose, expression, clothes. If you have references with something similar is so useful!

How many times can I ask for changes?I accept 3 changes on sketches and 3 on colors. If you want more changes then I will charge an extra fee. For this is so important that you tell me all the details on your drawing. If everything is clear then the process is faster!

I'm in the waiting list but I'm not interested anymore. What can I do?If you have a situation you can always contact me to delete your name from my waiting list. I dont have any problem about that! I prefer that because the rest of my clients in the list can track better their names without any extra name there. So please don't be shy for asking!

Do you offer discounts?Yes, I usually offer discounts when I consider that I'm taking a lot of time more to finish or start your order.
My twitch subs and Patrons get discounts like a reward for their support ♥

What tool do you use for your work?I use a Wacom Cintiq 16, and Clip Studio Paint. Sometimes I use my iPad Air 4 and Procreate.
